I am pleased to inform you that NHS England recently confirmed that three new specialised treatments will be made available for patients in England. These include second stem cell transplants for blood cancer patients who have relapsed.
It is estimated that around 15 people a year will meet the clinical criteria to benefit from this treatment option being made routinely available to their doctors with NHS England funding.
